TotemClock AI is an independent software product for attendance and activity records. The product team designs the application, maintains the public calculators and handles corrections at support@totemclock.com.
Editorial transparency
Every tool should explain what it calculates, how it works and where its limits begin.
TotemClock AI public pages are maintained by the product team. We combine software-development experience, automated tests and manual review. A mathematical estimate is never presented as payroll or legal advice.

Net time, breaks and potential overtime are derived from the intervals entered. We test day and overnight shifts, breaks, multiple intervals, missing values, decimal formats and exports. Automated tests run before every release.
What “overtime” means
In public calculators, overtime is only the positive mathematical difference above the threshold selected by the user. Contracts, premiums, rest rules, holidays, rounding and legal limits must be checked separately.
Original content and updates
Examples and explanations are written from the functions actually available in TotemClock. We publish update dates, correct reported errors and do not copy articles or datasets from other websites.
Calculator privacy
When a page says that calculation happens in the browser, entered work times are not sent to the server. We only collect anonymous, aggregate events needed to understand usage and improve the tool.
Advertising independence
Advertising, when present, is visually separated and never determines formulas, results or product assessments. The operational app, registration and company-data pages remain outside advertising areas.
