Frequently asked questions

Calculation rules and limitations

?

How are worked hours calculated?

The calculator subtracts all breaks from the attendance span and returns net worked time.

?

How is overtime calculated?

Net work above configured regular hours is shown as potential overtime and must be checked against contracts and company rules.

?

Does it handle overnight shifts?

Yes. If clock-out is earlier than or equal to clock-in, it is treated as occurring the next day.

?

No. Calculation happens entirely in the browser and data is not sent to the server.
